Requesting a return
Not satisfied? Email adrianbedst@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery with your order number. Reasonable testing of the product is allowed. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address; please contact us before sending anything back.
Returning your item
Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us, clean, securely packed and with its accessories. Keep proof of postage. You pay return postage for a change of mind. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
We refund the product price to the original payment method within 14 days after your return notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. When you withdraw from the entire order under your statutory rights, we also refund standard outbound delivery costs, but not any express delivery upgrade.
Your legal rights
This 30-day commercial guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. EU/EEA customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason and a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. Stronger rights under applicable local law remain unaffected.
